  目前，中國城市的創新發展作為“中國模式”的主要動力，已經由國際上的后發追隨者變成了引領國際城市創新發展新潮流的重要力量。同時，中國的城市更新、老城中的存量盤活作為推動城市化、產業化特別是創意產業以及對外開放、國際化的主陣地，作為中國城市創新發展的重要內容和推動中國經濟全球化的重要平臺，正面臨在新時代如何轉型發展的考驗。
  “硅巷”一詞來源于紐約曼哈頓，它與硅谷的區別在于，硅谷是在城市邊緣區建設的具有完整高端服務配套的科技創新園區，而硅巷是以存量空間更新為主的創新產業集聚區。城市“硅巷”代表了城市從更新走向創新的發展格局與產業布局。這一過程伴隨兩股重要的勢能。第一是設計驅動，第二是科技賦能。其中，設計（產業）代表了面向未來、引領創新的重要發展動能。無論從城市規劃、還是建筑以及室內空間設計，都在城市轉型升級以及創新發展下迎來新的機遇和挑戰，與以往不同，且更加是一個系統化的過程，伴隨著應對策略的連續性比較研究，以全球化的視角開展在地化的探索等等。相應的，在信息技術革命的全球背景下，數字化、智能化的互聯互通正極大改變人類既往的交流、生活和工作方式。伴隨5G等信息技術的日益成熟，自動駕駛、遠程醫療、物聯網通信、人工智能等一系列前沿技術將逐漸投入日常應用，從而對城鄉物質空間產生持續而深遠的影響。面對這樣的趨勢、機遇和挑戰，城市的決策者、規劃者以及設計者們需要深入思考和探索——如何讓城市空間更加適應變化中的生活與生產方式？更加富有創造性、前瞻性地面對新的技術和變革所帶來的機會和挑戰？
  以此為背景，“城市·硅巷——面向未來設計“之「南京老煙廠更新」國際設計競賽，在南京市發展城市”硅巷“，建設創新名城的目標下被正式推出。它以南京玄武區老煙廠更新為載體，立足設計產業，探索城市硅巷和面向未來設計之間的關系，城市、設計與個體使用者之間的關系，以及設計和未來之間的關系；面向國內外建筑師和設計師群體，征集富有創新性和創造力的改造設計方案，立足將南京老煙廠轉型為設計創意產業園區，銜接周邊社區（街區）以及環東南大學設計產業帶，以跨學科視角、多角度切入，提出區域功能明顯、可持續發展的城市空間發展格局，回應多層次的城市問題，為園區和城市提供更豐富的融合性和多樣性，成為城市硅巷和環東大設計產業帶的示范性項目。
  伴隨競賽的推出，圍繞同一主題下激發思考與分享的設計師系列沙龍活動也在進行中。首場北京，將由南京老煙廠的主體建設與運營單位南京鐘山集團、競賽主辦方之一——雅倫格文化藝術基金會（作為連接國內外建筑設計學術與實踐交流，以展覽等多元形式推動中國設計亮相國際舞臺，并建立國內外交流與合作的重要平臺），聯同合作伙伴一起，于2019年11月15日下午2:00在上海800秀舉行，在理念與實踐分享中傳遞經驗，打開思路，拓展靈感，建立共識，且藉由場地本身（即上海800秀）形成城市“硅巷”發展的經驗借鑒與城際間的鏡像和連接，同時為設計師在南京城市硅巷建設中發揮作用開辟道路。

  At present,the innovation and development of Chinese cities,as the main driving force of the"China model",has become an important force leading the new trend of innovation and development of international cities from the latecomers in the world.At the same time,as the main position to promote urbanization,industrialization,especially creative industries,opening up and internationalization,as the important content of urban innovation and development and an important platform to promote China's economic globalization,China's urban renewal and old city stock revitalization are facing the test of how to transform and develop in the new era.
  The word"Silicon Alley"comes from Manhattan,New York.It is different from Silicon Valley in that Silicon Valley is a science and technology innovation park with complete high-end service supporting built in the urban fringe,while silicon Alley is an innovation industry cluster mainly based on the renewal of stock space.The city"Silicon Alley"represents the development pattern and industrial layout of the city from renewal to innovation.This process is accompanied by two important potential energies.The first is design driven,the second is technology enabled.Among them,design(industry)represents an important development momentum for the future and leading innovation.No matter from urban planning,architecture and interior space design,they are facing new opportunities and challenges under the transformation,upgrading and innovative development of the city,which is different from the past,and more a systematic process,with the continuous comparative study of response strategies,and the exploration of localization from the perspective of globalization.
  Accordingly,in the global context of the information technology revolution,digital and intelligent connectivity has greatly changed the way people used to communicate,live and work.With the growing maturity of 5g and other information technologies,a series of cutting-edge technologies such as automatic driving,telemedicine,Internet of things communication and artificial intelligence will gradually be put into daily application,which will have a lasting and far-reaching impact on urban and rural material space.Faced with such trends,opportunities and challenges,urban decision makers,planners and designers need to think deeply and explore how to make urban space more adapt to the changing lifestyle and production mode?How to utilize opportunities and challenges for new technologies and changes in a more creative and forward-looking way?
  Based on this background,the international design competition of"city·silicon Alley"for future design"Nanjing old tobacco factory renewal"was officially launched under the goal of developing city"Silicon Alley"in Nanjing and building a famous innovative city.Based on the renewal of Nanjing Xuanwu old tobacco factory,based on the design industry,it explores the relationship between urban silicon Alley and future oriented design,the relationship between city,design and individual users,and the relationship between design and future;based on the domestic and foreign architects and designer groups,it collects innovative and creative renovation design schemes,and based on the transformation of Nanjing old tobacco factory.In order to design the Creative Industry Park,connect the surrounding communities(blocks)and the design industry belt around Southeast University,from the perspective of interdisciplinary and multi angle,put forward the urban spatial development pattern with obvious regional function and sustainable development,respond to the multi-level urban problems,provide more integration and diversity for the park and the city,and become the urban silicon Alley and the east ring design industry belt.Demonstration project.
  With the launch of the competition,a series of salon activities of designers are also in progress to stimulate thinking and sharing under the same theme.The first event in Beijing will be held by the main construction and operation unit of Nanjing old tobacco factory,Nanjing Zhongshan Group,one of the organizers of the competition,the EMGdotART Foundation(as an important platform for connecting academic and practical exchanges of architectural design at home and abroad,promoting Chinese design to shine on the international stage in multiple forms such as exhibitions,and establishing exchanges and cooperation at home and abroad),together with partners.It will be held at 2:00 p.m.on November 15,2019 at Shanghai 800 Show,to share experience,open ideas,expand inspiration and build consensus in concept and practice,and form the experience of urban"Silicon lane"development and inter city image and connection through the venue itself(Shanghai 800 Show),and open up a road for designers to play a role in the construction of Nanjing urban silicon lane.

  王芳對中歐文化的深入了解；對城市規劃、建筑設計和社會經濟學等跨學科知識的掌握以及大量跨學科領域的的工作經驗，熟悉中德政府相關事宜，幫助她和她的合伙人成功創立了上海羅昂并擔任執行合伙人職務。期間，她對項目運作和對市場的深刻洞察為上海羅昂的迅速成長起到了決定性的因素。由她帶領的團隊所設計的作品曾獲屢獲國建筑設計類大獎，包括：LEAF歐洲先鋒建筑設計大獎、MIPIM Asia Awards、香港Perspective大獎，現代裝飾國際傳媒獎,及中國最成功設計大獎。她充分了解城市發展問題，在如何建立高標準的城市發展模式和公司的經營運作方面頗有建樹。畢業于建筑學專業，同時獲得工商管理碩士學位，王芳女士對中國房地產市場以及客戶需求具有深入的了解。她將監督設計全過程以確保設計成果符合客戶的期望。
  Wang Fang's in-depth understanding of Chinese and European culture,mastery of interdisciplinary knowledge such as urban planning,architectural design and social economics,as well as a lot of work experience in interdisciplinary fields,familiarity with relevant issues of the Chinese and German government,helped her and her partners successfully establish Shanghai luoang and assume the position of executive partner.During this period,her deep insight into the operation of the project and the market played a decisive role in the rapid growth of luoang in Shanghai.Her team has won many national architectural design awards,including leaf European pioneer architectural design award,MIPIM Asia Awards,Hong Kong perspective award,International Media Award for modern decoration,and China's most successful design award.She fully understands the problems of urban development and has made great achievements in how to establish a high standard urban development model and the operation of the company.Ms.Wang Fang graduated from architecture with a master's degree in business administration.She has a deep understanding of China's real estate market and customer needs.She will supervise the whole design process to ensure that the design results meet the expectations of customers.

  陳展輝，廣州人。馬達思班建筑事務所創始合伙人，“建筑之外”發起人，凹凸設計獎發起人，凹凸設計學院專業委員會主任，上海財經大學CCDR兒童空間設計專委會主任，西安歐亞藝術設計學院學術顧問、導師，美中創新中ACCC發起人。
  從大學時代開始持續創業三十年，創辦創意設計相關企業近二十家。在廣州深圳北京上海西安洛杉磯等大都市均有生活工作經歷，以建筑師、策展人、專欄作者、主編、導師、顧問、館長、藝術總監、學術主持等多重角色跨界于建筑、藝術和設計領域。
  管理著名設計機構馬達思班二十年，經歷了中國轉型時期城市發展和與世界接軌的各個階段，主持大型建設城市更新項目的全程策劃咨詢設計管理，包括寧波老外灘，寧波南部商務區，鄭州航空港，上海尚都里，以及鄉村振興項目西安玉川酒莊等。也作為策展人參與深圳香港雙年展、成都國際雙年展、北京設計周、上海設計周、威尼斯雙年展、迪拜設計周、紐約設計周、廈門設計周、西安一帶一路時尚設計周等。長期關注城市更新背景下的設計公司轉型問題，并發起建立了“建筑之外”跨界平臺，倡議并推動“為兒童而設計”實踐項目，創立了公益項目品牌“小小美術館”聯盟計劃。

  It has been over 30 years since Zhanhui Chen started his business when he was in the university,and he founded nearly 20 creative design-related enterprises.He has deep living and working experience in Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Beijing,Shanghai,Xi'an,Los Angeles and other metropolises.He is an architect,curator,columnist,chief editor,mentor,consultant,curator,art director and academic host,playing multiple roles across the boundaries of architecture,art and design.
  Zhanhui Chen has been managing famous design company MADA s.p.a.m for 20 years,during which he experienced the transition period of China at various stages of urban development and integration with the world,hosting planningconsultingdesignmanagement in the whole process for large urban renewal construction projects,including the Ningbo Old bund,Ningbo South Business District,zhengzhou airport,Shanghai Shangduli,and Xi'an Jade Valley Winery of rural revitalization project,etc.As a curator,he also participated in Shenzhen Hong Kong Biennale,Chengdu International Biennale,Beijing Design Week,Shanghai Design Week,Venice Biennale,Dubai Design Week,New York Design Week,Xiamen Design Week,Xi'an One Belt One Road Fashion Design Week,etc.Zhanhui Chen has been focusing on the transformation of design companies under the background of urban renewal for a long time.He initiated and founded a cross-border platform"Beyond Architecture",proposed and promoted the practical project"Design for Children",and established the alliance plan of public welfare project brand"Little Art Gallery".

  馮印陶，曾在機構銀行西太平洋銀行和投資銀行麥格理銀行工作數年，任職分析師、高級分析師、項目經理等職務。2015年回國創業，先后創辦新型空間金融平臺“一米好地”以及城市新型聯合辦公運營商“米域”。此兩個公司自2015年起累計融資額已超過5.1億元人民幣。

  Yintao Feng,he has worked for several years in institutional bank Westpac bank and investment bank Macquarie Bank,where he holds the positions of analyst,senior analyst,project manager,etc.In 2015,he returned to China to start his own business and successively established a new space finance platform"one-meter good land"and a new joint office operator"Mixspace".Since 2015,the cumulative financing amount of the two companies has exceeded RMB 510 million.

  周達星，曾先后任職于香港思聯建筑設計有限公司(CL3)及梁志天設計師有限公司(SLD)，擔任設計總監(大中華區)、副董事職位。榮獲2017-2018年度亞太華人設計50強資深專家設計師，另設計項目曾先后獲取多個設計獎項，例如英國雜志Build Magazine的Ones to Watch in Interior Design 2019,榮獲”Most Outstanding in Show Home Design”，意大利米蘭2017 A'Design Award and Competition一金三銅獎項，媒體世紀集團上海辦公室于2002年取得亞太室內設計比賽金獎；香港設計師協會設計獎項。另萬科金域華府H-C戶型榮獲2012"光,創見家的感動"室內設計大賽金獎。另外，北京通成推廣公交廣告有限公司，亞科資本(香港)有限公司辦公室，綠地名人坊樣板房等亦先后獲取美國建筑師學會及香港設計師協會設計獎項。周先生有多年國內工作經驗，設計項目遍合上海，北京，廣州，深圳，成都，武漢等地。2004年遠赴英國倫敦進修，畢業論文獲得甲等成績。
  Martin Chow,he has successively served as design director(Greater China)and deputy director of CL3 and SLD.Won the 2017-2018 top 50 senior expert designers of Asia Pacific Chinese design,and has won several design awards,such as"most outstanding in show home design"of British magazine build magazine,2017 a'design award and competition gold and bronze awards of Italian Milan,and Shanghai Office of media century group In 2002,the office won the gold medal of Asia Pacific Interior Design Competition and the design award of Hong Kong Designers Association.In addition,Vanke JinyuHuafu H-C house won the gold medal of 2012"light,the creator's touch"interior design competition.In addition,Beijing Tongcheng promotion public transport Advertising Co.,Ltd.,the office of Acer capital(Hong Kong)Co.,Ltd.and the green celebrity square model house have also won the design awards of the American Institute of architects and the Hong Kong Designers Association.Mr.Zhou has many years of working experience in China.His design projects are in Shanghai,Beijing,Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Chengdu,Wuhan and other places.In 2004,he went to London for further study,and his graduation thesis obtained Grade A.
