全球短視頻創作者都可以拿起手機或相機，用鏡頭捕捉那些動人的瞬間，講述屬于自己的海絲故事，同時重點面向中國、東盟地區、一帶一路沿線國家短視頻創作者進行線上作品征集，并面向海南周邊兄弟省臺、傳播機構、社團組織、短視頻平臺、MCN機構、高等院校、短視頻創作者等進行定向邀約。 creators to adopt new approaches and fresh outlooks when creating their content,welcoming submissions that center on the five themes of"Charming China,""Better Life,""Sino-Foreign Friendship,"“Inter-civilization Learning,"and"Global Development,"with an additional theme for this year's pageant,"Charming Hainan."Creators should submit short videos that tell China's stories with warmth,depth,breadth,and clarity,depict civilization at its best,demonstrate the friendly exchanges,mutual understanding,and affection between the people of China and ASEAN countries,and foster a closer China-ASEAN community with a shared future.We invite creators to pick up their phones or cameras and tell their own Maritime Silk Road stories,with a particular focus on content from creators in China,ASEAN,and countries along the Belt and Road.We are also soliciting submissions from organizations and individuals in other provinces,including TV stations,(international)communications agencies,community organizations,short video platforms,MCN agencies,higher education institutes,and short video creators.In addition,we welcome ASEAN diplomats stationed in China,media
