10、相關申明State 1.參賽者的參賽作品必須是參賽者本人（或團體）的原創作品，無知識產權、版權糾紛；2.主辦、承辦單位擁有入選作品的宣傳、展示、展覽的權利；3.獎賽相關證書獎品均采用到付形式郵遞，參賽視為接受；4.獎賽規則產生的疑議，組委會保留最終解釋權。 1. Entries must be original works of the participant; 2.
